ROLE: Prime Contractor

DESCRIPTION: New construction of an approximate 26,000 square foot facility with a separate 10,000 square foot Secured Mechanical Shop/Security Equipment Area: maintenance and storage amphibious and surface warfare equipment.

Additionally, this highly secured and complicated facility included:

  • High Security Weapons Storage/Vault Area
  • Emergency Medical Area
  • Parachute Wash and Storage Area
  • Administration Facility
  • Paramedical Rescue Facility
  • Self-contained Kitchen/Dining Area

The Patrick Air Force Base Pararescue Training Facility prepares personnel to participate in Search and Rescue and Combat Search and Rescue missions. PJ's deploy by air, land, or sea into forward, non-permissive environments. They may act as aircrew gunners and scanners on both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft.
